    Mentors travel to homes in Jumeirah, Umm Suqeim, Al Barsha, Emirates Hills, Arabian Ranches, Dubai Hills, Motor City, Downtown, Business Bay, Dubai Marina, JVC, Mirdif and Deira. They move online when a Dubai commute becomes the obstacle, especially in the weeks before the May exam series. Students come from schools including Jumeirah College, Dubai College, JESS Jumeirah, Dubai British School, Dubai English Speaking College and the GEMS Wellington schools. The AP timetable is built around each school's own calendar.

    Where we teach in Abu Dhabi

    Mentors travel to homes on Saadiyat Island, Al Reem Island, Yas Island, Al Raha, Khalifa City, Al Bateen, Al Mushrif, Al Nahyan, Mussafah and Mohammed Bin Zayed City. They are matched on location as well as subject, since an hour lost in traffic is an hour of the lesson. Students come from Brighton College, The British School Al Khubairat, Cranleigh, Repton, Nord Anglia International School, Yasmina British Academy and Noya British School, and the AP calendar follows each school's own.

    How much does AP tutoring cost?

    AP sits at the high school level, AED 180 an hour on a commitment plan or AED 200 an hour flexible, both including VAT. A six-hour commitment block for high school is AED 1,080. Adding an in-person lesson costs AED 30 more than the online rate. Full details are on the pricing page.

    What edge does an AP mentor actually have?

    Every mentor is a top student or recent graduate from a university such as AUS, AUD, AUB, CUD or NYUAD. They sat that exact AP exam a few years ago and scored highly in it. That makes them different from a general tutor working from a textbook.

    Is AP tutoring available online, or only in person?

    Both. Lessons run online anywhere in the UAE, or in person across Dubai and Abu Dhabi with an in-person rate of AED 30 on top of the online price. Families often start online and add in-person sessions, or the other way round, as the exam date gets closer.

    How is the AP exam scored, and does it affect university admission?

    AP exams are scored on a numbered scale, and many American universities consider a strong score alongside the course grade when they look at an application, sometimes offering credit for it. Because the scoring varies by university, a mentor treats the coursework grade and the exam as equally important rather than betting on one.
