How do your rates work?
Pick one rate for your child's school level. Book Commitment (6+ hours in one order) for the lowest price, or stay Flexible and pay by the hour with no minimum. All prices include VAT.
What's Commitment vs Flexible?
Commitment gives you the lower rate for booking 6 or more hours at once. Those hours are valid for 30 days from purchase. Flexible costs a little more per hour with no minimum and no expiry rule to plan around.
Do unused hours roll over?
No. Hours are valid for 30 days from purchase, then they expire. There's no calendar-month rule, so a 30-day window starts fresh every time you book.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Free with 2 or more hours' notice. Cut it closer once and it's forgiven. After that, the lesson is charged as booked.
How can I pay?
By bank transfer or payment link, whichever is easier. You'll get a receipt every time, and every price already includes VAT.
