Who we look for

Subject mastery
Strong grades in the subjects you want to teach, with the exam experience to back them up.

University standing
Currently enrolled at or graduated from a recognised university in the UAE.

Based in the UAE
Available for in-person lessons in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, or reliable online teaching.

The mentor mindset
Patience, energy and the ability to explain things three different ways until one clicks.

The tutor permit
A free private tutor work permit from MoHRE, in place before your first lesson.
Five things, and we check all five. A mentor sat the same papers a few years ago, so a family gets someone who remembers the exam, not just the subject.

How to join us

Fill in the application.
About ten minutes on your phone: who you are, every exam you sat with its board, the subjects you can teach, a photo and a short video. Your certificates are read for you and you confirm the rows.

We read it, and we reply.
A person reads every application, exams first. We reply on WhatsApp to the ones that fit, with a link to book a short video call.

Get verified, subject by subject.
Verification is per subject, so a request outside the subjects you are verified for never reaches you. No mentor begins teaching without a private tutor work permit from MoHRE, and the tutor permit page explains how to apply.
