Durusi ("we", "us") provides private tutoring services in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains how we handle the personal information you share with us through durusi.com, WhatsApp or our booking forms.
What we collect
When you request a lesson we collect contact details (name, phone, email, city) and information about your child's schooling (school, grade, curriculum, subjects) so we can match an appropriate mentor. Along with the form itself we record which page you submitted it from, which site or search sent you there, how long the form took to fill in, and the anonymous analytics identifier your browser already carries. Our form is handled by our hosting provider, Netlify, which stores each submission and records the IP address it was sent from. We keep the IP only to block automated abuse — forms like ours are targeted by spam scripts — and to see roughly which country an enquiry came from. This information is used to see which pages produce genuine enquiries and to filter out that abuse. We do not use it to try to identify you personally, we do not combine it with data from any outside source, and we do not sell or share it. Our website also uses cookies and analytics tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) to understand how visitors use the site.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to enquiries, match and schedule mentors, send lesson updates and invoices, and improve our services and marketing. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Sharing
Relevant details (student first name, grade, subjects, area) are shared with the assigned mentor only. Payment and contact records are kept internally and with our payment providers as required to process transactions.
Retention & your rights
We keep records only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations. You may request a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp at +971 50 575 7707.
